In the news today, a leading cruise retailer is offering free one year subscriptions to leading cruise and travel magazines.

The offer is good for all cruises, but we're posting it here, just in case you are thinking about cruises for weddings or honeymoons.

“We reward our customers’ zeal and enthusiasm for cruises and travel with America’s best, most informative travel literature,” says Sy Ripka, company president. “This way, you can come back from your cruise and immediately start planning your next cruise or vacation.”

The offer can save customers up to $59.90 a year on cruise and travel magazines. With each new booking, customers get six issues, over one year, of Cruise Travel, which includes features on cruise ships, ports of call, itineraries and guidelines, as well as sea and air packages.

Customers will also get a free year’s subscription to Travel America, the Number One US vacation magazine. Travel America explores the best that America’s 50 states have to offer, giving readers the best guide to domestic travel destinations. For both Cruise Travel and Travel America, the newsstand price is $35.94 each for six issues, while the subscription price is $29.95 each.

These magazine subscriptions are offered free with all new on-line cruise bookings, regardless of the value of the cruise, be it for a one-day cruise or a 99-day cruise around the world. Also offered is the facility of gifting the free subscription to friends or relatives.

“We understand the minds and desires of frequent cruisers and vacationers,” says Ripka. “We know that they are on the look-out for expert advice and best total value when booking a cruise vacation and this offer is our way of fulfilling to those needs.”
