Having a marriage on a cruise ship is both romantic and luxurious. Most cruise lines offer wedding packages that include a special level of pampering - with things like private sunset dinners, wedding day massage, make-up, and hair services, and breakfast in bed. The chapels on all the major cruise lines are very tasteful.
Norwegian Cruise lines will even go so far as to produce your wedding announcments and offer special wedding planning assistance. They also provide priority check-in to the couples getting married or going on an anniversary cruise.
Champagne and wedding cake are standard with most wedding packages. When you consider that your guests will be fewer and many of the expensive pieces of your wedding are included, the expense of a cruise does not seem so out of reach.

We were actually considering this, but we wanted to have all of our family at the wedding and holding i on a cruise ship was just out of the question for most of them.
