Lance Armstrong has decided to tie the knot. The seven time Tour de France champion is engaged to music sensation Sheryl Crow! They were engaged in Sun Valley Idaho.
No wedding date has been set.
Of course you know Lance Armstrong as America's most famous representative in the Annual Tour de France race - which he won 7 times. Sheryl Crow is famous for her music and has an extensive history of TV and film appearances.
Lance has three children with his first wife Kristin Armstrong. This is Sheryl Crow's first wedding.
They've been dating since around October of 2003 when the pair met at a charity event. They currently are living together in Texas.

I read the No Mountain High Enough book. Lance has had a very interesting life - with a lot of adversity. His mom is pretty honest about not making the best choices in life, but she seems to have learned from things each step along the way.
One interesting part was Lance Armstrong was supposed to be named Erica - apparently he was supposed to be a girl.
Despite all they went through she raised a child to be a great man and an inspiration to so many people. The book is an awesome read. After reading it you feel like you can take on the world too.

The two of them have both undergone a lot of adversity in their lives. They make the perfect match! Both of them had to struggle so much and made it through not just to a regular old successful life but to stardom!

Just saw Sheryl on Ellen show...looks like the wedding bells are not going to ring after all.
