Since Las Vegas is the top wedding destination in the world, it is only fitting that it celebrates its Centennial by having 100 weddings. It was a competition that started in April for couples to win an all expenses paid dream wedding in Vegas. Total value is estimated around $15,000, which for Vegas is beyond an expensive wedding. So, what does it include?
Try a bachelor party at Studio 54 and bachelorette party at Coyote Ugly. Each couple will also receive a wealth of gifts, including show tickets, a bottle of fine wine from BV, ice cream wedding cakes from Cold Stone Creamery, wedding dress and tuxedo, and obviously airline tickets to and from Las Vegas will be included. Southwest Airlines is the major sponsor, so all the couples come from their major markets including Seattle, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Oakland, Chicago, Phoenix, Baltimore, Philadelphia, San Diego and Houston. The wedding couples will tie the knot in a joint ceremony under the canopy of the Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas on June 9.
