Bridal boutiques, department stores and even bridal sample sales are good places to begin the search, and always bring a trusted friend or family member for their valued opinion as well as some priceless female bonding! For brides who are having their gown custom made, it is an excellent idea to see sample works of the dressmaker, to get a feel for what they can do and the quality of their handiwork.
