DULUTH, Ga.-- The man whose bride-to-be skipped town days before her lavish wedding and claimed she was abducted says he still wants to marry her, but his father said Tuesday he's cautioning his son to go slowly.
I realize that the public is craving information about the situation, but this poor bride has obviously had enough stress in her life surrounding this wedding.

All this talk about suing her for the cost of her search, the townspeople being unhappy with her, the sherrif saying she was not "apologetic enough".
It's one thing when the media cracks down and villainizes a celebrity or a high profile professional athlete. It's an entirely different thing when it happens to a small town girl. I'm not saying that Jennifer Willbanks is innocent, but she obviously has enough problems without CNN trying to get family members to provide them with "newsworthy" (read: hateful or vengeful) comments.
