A bit too much information about everyone who runs the Chapel of Love?!?!
There is a new (well about a month old) reality show on ABC called Las Vegas Chapel of Love. Apparently, it is about quite the disfunctional family running one of the Chapels in Las Vegas. The teenager is the main character who is the primary care-giver to his little brother. His father is a useless party animal, but does that surprise you given their location. However, the teenager goes on a first date with a girl, using one of the company limos and dresesd like a pimp makes it clear that he is not devoid of issues either.
