The NOWC is located in the French Quarter of New Orleans. They offer themed weddings as well as simple civil ceremonies.
Pricing is from $495 to $1195 with various options allowing you to spend a little bit more.
Even their simplest ceremonies include Wedding Cake, Champagne, and Photography.
The Chapel itself is a beautiful restored 1872 Mansion in New Orleans. They specialize in small intimate weddings.

Well from what i gathered on the news the French Quarter was not flooded like other parts of the city From what i could see it is in good shape. But you will have to look in to it.
