This is an interesting site. From here you can actually view a wedding chapel in Las Vegas (The Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel). All that I've witnessed so far is a black screen, but what else can be expected at this time of day.
The site requires Java, which more than likely you have in your browser. Internet Explorer has a java client built in by default, and if you are using another browser, you probably already know about what java is and if you have a java plugin installed.
Also, a couple of other web cams are available that view different casinos. If you are going to get married here, your family can actually view the webcast if they can't make the wedding!
The chapel itself offers weddings from $100 on up into several thousand dollars. You can do something traditional and simple, or go all out with a themed wedding and get married by a Tom Jones impersonator. They are the only chapel to offer a James Bond themed wedding that I know of.
