Carolina Herrera, designer of Renee Zellweger's wedding dress, blabs to Women's Wear Daily as only a very, very private person would.
Just a brief blurb, but it's worth reporting...
She says she made the dress "quickly because it was decided in a very quick way." And also comments on Tom Cruise's relationship with Katie Holmes.
Herrera has designed several dresses for the Oscars for Renee in the past, and Renee also uses Herrera for personal clothing regularly.
Caroline was born in Venezuela in 1939, her (real)full name is Maria Carolina Josefina Pacanins y Nino. She travelled often to Europe in her childhood and attended her first couture show at Balenciaga when she was 13.
Her line of Bridal clothing was first released in 1987 to rave reviews. She designed Caroline Kennedy's wedding gown prior to the release. She is best known for designing Jackie Kennedy's clothes for the last decade of her life.
She also has a perfume collection.
Carolina's collections also define the woman herself: classically chic yet modern, with a refined sophistication that is always feminine and somehow manages to be comfortable as well.
