Searching around for a good wholesaler, I found this site:

along with this recommendation:
I found a great website for favors and anything else you need. My
wedding is also in june and these people at wholesalefavors.com are
great! Any questions I asked them they answered in one day they are so
helpful. The best thing is that they sell wholesale to the public.
As a resource for Wholesale Wedding Favors, I would say that this is a good find.
I read through their e-bay feedback...
And it looks like everything is good with them. From their feedback they seem like a typical e-bay wholesaler - not as professional as you would expect. They seem to deal with problems a little poorly, and have a few "shipping problems" mentioned - which is always a red light to me. It's not like there's 15 though - only 5 negative feedbacks in the last 6 months, and 551 positive ones.
